        How can I book?

        What is your cancellation policy?

        A non refundable deposit of £100 is taken at the time of your booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival.   Cancellations will incur a charge equating to full payment if within 30 days of the arrival date, although this will be refunded (less charges) if we secure a subsequent booking.  We also are happy to reschedule dates, dependent on availability and payment of any additional costs.  Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

        Are credit or debit cards accepted?

        Yes, all major cards are accepted

        Is payment taken at the time of booking?

        A deposit of £100 is taken on booking.  The balance due is taken 30 days before your arrival.

        When is check in/check out?

        Check in is from 4pm – 8pm.  Our check out is by 10am,  check out time is not flexible as we need to clean the rooms.

        How close is the nearest Railway and Bus Station to Balcarres?

        The Railway and Bus Station is 1.2 miles away, with a taxi rank outside.

        Is parking available?

        Yes, there is free onsite parking available for the duration of your stay with us, limited to one large car/small van per room
