Balcarres has 3 Guest Rooms – a King, a Double, and a Twin, which are all ensuite, in addition we have 2 well equipped self catering apartments, with their own private entrances.
For our breakfast we offer: cereals, fruit juices, yoghurt, porridge, poached eggs, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, tea, coffee and toast, and of course our full cooked breakfast.

A small, non refundable deposit is taken at the time of your booking, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Any cancellation due to mandatory Covid-19 orders or instructions will be rescheduled free of charge, but any other cancellations will incur a charge equating to full payment if within 30 days of the arrival date. A deposit is taken at the time of reservation by our payment system. This is £100 for B&B, or the first night’s value for Self Catering. The balance due is taken 30 days before your arrival.
Check in is from 4pm – 8pm. Our check out is by 10am, check out time is not flexible as we need to clean the rooms.
